Competitive Remuneration and Annual Review Process
All our full time management and sales staff are paid on salary, plus bonus/incentives. Salary and wages are formally reviewed at least annually, usually at the commencement of the new financial year.

Learning and Development
We want to create an environment where you can continually develop, grow, improve your skills and improve your effectiveness. This development may occur through a variety of methods. We recognise that training needs are different for everyone so we endeavour to provide a variety of options. Training needs will be identified through regular performance meetings, discussions with your manager and any skills gap identified through the annual performance reviews.

Southern Cross Health Care (Voluntary)
Available to all permanent employees. DPL Insurance cares about your health and offers you health insurance from Southern Cross at a discounted rate through the Turners Automotive Group “Voluntary” Scheme.

Life Insurance
Available to all permanent employees who work a minimum 37.5 hours per week. The amount of the benefit is the equivalent of one year base salary and the cover is for death or diagnosis of a terminal illness. This is fully subsidised by DPL Insurance.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
EAP is part of our Health, Safety and Wellness strategy and helps our employees deal with personal and work issues. It is a totally confidential and professional counselling programme.
