James Searle - General ManagerJames is responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of the company. He has over 30 years' experience in the insurance industry, having worked across a range of functions and in leadership roles at companies such as IAG and Lumley. |

Wayne Hynes - National Claims ManagerWayne has over 45 years’ experience in the Motor Industry, having owned or managed workshops, a compliance centre and car yards. He has been at Autosure for the last 14 years.

Sharon Fry – Operations ManagerSharon is responsible for managing our operations team. She has a breadth of experience in administration within the insurance industry, including 13 years with Autosure.

Natalie Ross-Murphy - Marketing ManagerNatalie is responsible for leading and developing our marketing function. She has over 25 years’ experience across B2B and B2C, both online and through traditional channels. Her role prior to DPL was with ANZ Bank as Marketing Manager - Insurance.

Warwick Bourne – National Sales ManagerWarwick has over 26 years' motor vehicle industry experience. He has held a variety of sales and management roles across finance with UDC Finance and Ford Credit, leasing & fleet management with FleetPartners and Custom Fleet, and insurance in his current role at Autosure.

Narendra Govind – Financial ControllerNarendra is a Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years’ experience working in a range of companies both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including BDO and Silverfleet Capital.
